Or if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason whatsoever within the 14 days purchasing the item, simply return it for full credit. Unless sent in error by Medical Online, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  In case of an error occurring on the part of Medical Online, we will cover the return shipping costs 100%.  Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in a resalable condition in order to be replaced or refunded.  

Any return shipments of hazardous materials must be packed, marked, labelled, and shipped in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations governing transportation of hazardous materials.

You will receive your credit as soon as it is received by our returns department. Credits or exchanges cannot be provided without obtaining a proper Return Authorization Number.

Before returning any item, call 0861 MEDONLINE , Monday through to Friday to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.  Returns made without a Return Authorization Number will be automatically returned to the sender.  At the time of issue of the RA number, our customer service representative will also give you the address of our returns department.

The provision of goods and services by Medical Online is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Medical Online will offer customers an alternative product at the same price, or a discount on the back ordered item.

Nationally advertised low prices found online must be printed out completely with proof of competitor's name, item make, manufacturer model number and the offer's expiration date clearly visible.

To receive a credit, mail a copy (no faxes) of the advertisement together with a copy of your Medical Online invoice or packing slip to us.
